<p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Customer Service:</p>
<p>-Speak directly to customers who have questions or concerns regarding their accounts. Identify customers&#8217; current energy usage and determine if there is another package available that could possibly save customer money.  Educate customers on Government De-Regulation of the Energy Industry. </p>
<p>-Speak to potential new customers regarding their current energy supplier. Determine if switching suppliers would be beneficial to customer. Acquire new accounts. Educate potential customers on the difference between supplier and provider. </p>
<p>Management:</p>
<p>Train all new hires. Oversee all Customer Service/ Sales Rep. Serves as a liaison between Clients and Customer Service / Sales reps. Run daily product meetings. Interview all potential new hires. Conduct weekly training class for New Hires. Responsible for reporting daily figures to Executive Management staff. </p>

<p>POSITON:<br />
<br />Fieldglass is currently seeking a full-time Tax Manager with a broad, working knowledge of domestic and international tax as well as accounting for income taxes to work within our Finance team. The individual in this position will own and lead all tax filing requirements at the federal, state, local and international levels.  The Tax Manager must have the ability to identify areas of risk, research a broad range of tax topics and provide business owners with proper tax guidance. The individual will work closely with external auditors, taxing authorities, inter- and intra-departmental staff, and Fieldglass customers.  The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working as a doer, as well as an advisor. This individual contributor position will be located out of our Chicago office and will report directly to the VP, Controller.</p>
<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:<br />
<br />•	Responsible for federal, state and local income tax compliance, as well as sales and use returns.<br />
<br />•	Ensures international tax compliance, including UK income tax and VAT tax and Australian income tax, GST and FBT, with additional responsibility for ensuring compliance in future additional international locations.<br />
<br />•	Calculates the annual tax provision and ensures income taxes are properly computed and reported on company financial statements.<br />
<br />•	Manages the preparation of sales and use tax returns for multiple states and local tax jurisdictions.<br />
<br />•	Works with outside advisors in evaluating state tax nexus for income tax and sales and use.<br />
<br />•	Manages the application of FIN 48 and FAS 109.<br />
<br />•	Keeps abreast of developments in tax law and assesses their impact on the Company&#8217;s return positions.<br />
<br />•	Manages tax audits as they arise.<br />
<br />•	Coordinates tax planning and strategy with outside accounting firm.<br />
<br />•	Coordinates with colleagues any effects of sales and use tax and international tax on our customer accounts.<br />
<br />•	Identifies opportunities for tax reduction in the course of the return preparation process and recommends appropriate action.</p>
<p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<br />
<br />•	Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting and 5 years of corporate income tax and international tax experience.<br />
<br />•	Broad exposure to corporate income taxation; demonstrated knowledge of US and state income tax laws.<br />
<br />•	Technical skills in FAS 109 and FIN 48.<br />
<br />•	Excellent organizational and analytical skills.<br />
<br />•	Superior communication skills, high level of detail orientation and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude<br />

<p>Application Specialist – Night Shift</p>
<p>Fieldglass is seeking a full-time 2nd/3rd shift Application Specialist to join our 24 hour Global Application Support Team in Chicago, IL.  The position is responsible for providing first-level, front-line support for users of the Fieldglass product. <p>Though training and experience, the Application Specialist becomes an expert in the Fieldglass product and is expected to resolve a high rate of customer requests on the first contact. Successful candidates should demonstrate exceptional time and task management skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking ability.  The Application Specialist should be an exceptional, customer-focused communicator and work well in a team-oriented environment. </p>
<p>This role is a 4 X 10 night shift position requiring the Application Specialist to work 4 nights per week on 10 hour shifts.  Candidates who are fluent in French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin are encouraged to apply. </p>
<p>Essential Duties:</p>
<p>•	Accepts phone or email inquiries and properly annotates requests within the trouble ticketing system.<br />
<br />•	Manages phone and email queues in compliance with established Service Level Agreements.<br />
<br />•	Troubleshoots minor technical problems for customers and provides prompt resolution; occasionally escalates more complex problems to the appropriate internal support teams.<br />
<br />•	Answers general product functionality questions, and provides users with assistance in navigating through application menu items.<br />
<br />•	Collects, analyzes and works to provide solutions for client/partner initiatives, day to day issues and other related responsibilities.<br />

<p>MININUM QUALIFICATIONS<br />

<br />•	Minimum of 2 years  support and/or service related experience, preferably within a technology organization supporting web hosted applications<br />
<br />•	Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLookups<br />

The individual in this role will provide first level support for less complex product issues that can be resolved immediately. The Product Support Representative will also coordinate the escalation of more complex issues and track resolution back to the customer. This is a part-time, entry-level role, with the potential for advancement after 1-2 years of tenure and excellent job performance.</p>
<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:<br />
<br />• Delivers timely and high quality problem resolution.<br />
<br />• Identifies and escalates to management any patterns in support that could be a larger issue.<br />

<p>Coe Truman Technologies is seeking a Software Developer to join our Product Development team in Chicago, IL. This position is responsible for enhancing, maintaining, and refactoring CTT&#8217;s OASIS product web application code. The web application extends into several modules using a diverse array of primarily Microsoft-centric technologies ranging from classic ASP to ASP.NET 4.0. OASIS uses SQL Server (2008) to power its extensive data set. Recently, OASIS modules have extended into the mobile platform utilizing HTML5 and related technologies. OASIS is a blend of old and new technologies with a goal of continuing to creatively modernize the entire system. The data-set spans many clients (OASIS is a multi-tenant application, spanning many years of meetings each with a &#8220;peak&#8221; load and bursts of usage), so experience dealing with complex, live data is mandatory.</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS:<br />
<br /> BS in computer or information science, mathematics, engineering, or management information systems or equivalent work experience<br />
<br /> Strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a team environment and even perform independent analysis and approach summaries on occasion<br />
<br /> 3+ years of web application development experience<br />
<br /> ASP scripting in VB<br />
<br /> T-SQL query writing for SQL 2000+<br />
<br /> ASP.NET 3.5+ for web applications with a strong sense of web development patterns, including MVC<br />
<br /> Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and XML/XSLT helpful<br />
<br /> Experience with Team Foundation Server (Visual Studio Team System)<br />
<br /> Awareness of Agile, Kanban, or another development practice that creates efficiency<br />
<br /> Excellent problem solving skills<br />
<br /> Ability to cope with changing priorities and multiple assignments</p>
<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:<br />
<br />1. Hot Fixes: There are times when software defects are reported against the production environment that are priority 1 (i.e. the system is down, data is being corrupted, users can&#8217;t proceed, etc) and they need to be fixed quickly and within strict deadlines. It is the responsibility of the Software Developer to diagnose the issue, determine a resolution, code and test the fix, and then prepare it for deployment. These situations will require effective communication and work off-hours as required.</p>
<p>2. Ongoing Releases: All feature requests and production defects are priotized and ranked for incremental, planned releases. The Software Developer will work on these items in ranked order and prepare them for deployment. This work will require a broad knowledge of Microsoft-centric development and related data skills, and a willingness to communicate planned design and even perform independent analysis on occasion. Strong communication skills are needed with a willingness to compromise on approach and participate in architecture/code reviews as-needed.</p>
<p>3. Data Extract &amp; Reporting: Clients often require special data requests and the Software Developer will be responsible for creating the data export, transformation, and formatted report delivery as-needed, per the client&#8217;s specifications.</p>
<p>Compensation: $90k/annual</p>

<p>B2B Customer Marketing Manager will focus on developing customer marketing strategies within the Automotive industry to include manufactures, sellers, suppliers etc within the North and South American markets. </p>
<p>This role requires a Marketing professional with extensive experience and ability to create customer strategies, develop and deliver internal and external customer presentations, write proposals, identify, analyze, and deliver market insights, manage the customer requirements gathering process and work closely with sales leadership and account executives across the enterprise.  The B2B Customer Marketing Manager will also lead or directly contribute to the overall company’s market and customer strategies.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate has B2B technology marketing experience, an interest in and aptitude for new technology, the ability to explain new technology to non-technical customers, a background and interest in working closely with (daily) Account Executives and customers, and a strong interest in the automotive market.  Other activities include proposal development, presentation development and presentation to customers. The position includes frequent customer contact and presentation of company products and services directly to customer decision-makers.</p>
<p>Requirements: </p>
<p>•	Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.  MBA strongly preferred.<br />
<br />•	Minimum of 5 years experience in customer focused marketing<br />
<br />•	Technical aptitude and product-oriented focus is a plus.<br />
