(WAG) are monitored and protected. Maximize returns to WAG by reviewing existing contract terms and conditions; analyze alternative opportunities; evaluate results of current contract terms and forecasting changes to market that may impact future results; recommend strategies for negotiating changes on terms and conditions for existing contracts as well as strategies for successfully negotiating new contracts with third party contractors. </p>

<p>Description:	The Director of Sales is responsible for directing the regional Sales organization and generating revenue for the Talent Lifecycle Management in the assigned territory, which includes the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management product lines.  This includes managing and building a sales team with responsibility for: (i) forecasting business &amp; market needs; (ii) achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets; (iii) formulating &amp; implementing sales tactics, sales process and sales reporting/analytics to improve performance and measure ongoing productivity of the sales team; (iv) acquiring and strengthening/improving internal talent; and (v) ensuring customer satisfaction.  This includes providing feedback on market requirements, product capabilities and future industry developments and trends in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management in the assigned region.  The Director will drive the sales team based on the Company’s sales methodology including account penetration, prospect qualification, supervision of sales activity, sales process planning, negotiation, and closing all sales opportunities.  Candidates must have demonstrated sales management experience including: (a) sales management experience, selling multiple product lines; (b) forecasting and reporting requirements; (c) knowledge and experience with Human Resource Management software solutions; and (d) proven experience managing a direct sales organization; achieving annual revenue targets in excess of $5 million.  The ideal candidate will offer a dynamic high-energy personality with a strong sales and revenue generation focus. </p>
<p>Required Skills:</p>
<p>•	Fifteen (10) or more years in software sales, selling subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) products/solutions to enterprise/fortune accounts.  Knowledge of vertical market sales and developing new vertical market sales plans is also required.<br />
<br />•	Outstanding leadership effectiveness with a demonstrated competency of supervising software sales organizations through times of growth, change and ambiguity.<br />
<br />•	Proven solution sales experience in (i) identifying market size and focus; (ii) developing sales pipelines; (iii) penetrating new accounts; and (iv) driving the sales process within a relationship selling environment.<br />
<br />•	Demonstrated experience using sales analytics and funnel management techniques to drive productivity for assigned sales staff, as well as, ensure appropriate sales activity with visibility of the pipeline to senior management for forecasting and business planning.<br />
<br />•	Experience working closely with Marketing on programs to support the sales organization including lead generation programs to ensure that the sales organization is meets lead churn metrics and realizes value from such programs.<br />
<br />•	Proven experience developing sales representatives to achieve minimum productivity levels across the team.<br />
<br />•	Experience managing sales for multiple software product lines.  Furthermore, requires ability to multi-task numerous sales projects simultaneously, while ensuring revenue targets are met.<br />
<br />•	Demonstrated management guidance and initiative, implementing business plans and territory plans within the region; at the same time, closely involved in the business, customers and the sales transactions.<br />
<br />•	Proven Track Record in over-achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.  Experience consistently exceeding quota of greater than $5 Million, with demonstrated success in accurately forecasting quarterly and annual targets, and achieving sales commits.<br />
<br />•	Must have strong knowledge of the Human Resources domain including talent acquisition and talent management software concepts and the ability to impart leading software industry knowledge to their staff; while continuously improving the sales organizations expertise in product knowledge.<br />
<br />•	Experience in successfully managing the sales cycle from business champion to the SVP HR/CEO/CFO level.  Positioning the value proposition and selling to the “C”-suite is a must.<br />
<br />•	Solid knowledge of and experience in formal sales training (i.e. Solution-Selling, Customer-centric Selling, Strategic Selling and/or Value Selling)<br />
<br />•	Strong problem solving and analytical skills.<br />

<p>Fortune 1000 packaged-goods firm in northern Chicago suburbs seeks three<br />

<p>Full-time.  Can commute via Metra; shuttle from station. Reports to VP.</p>
<p>Qualifications:<br />
<br />5-7 years¹ experience; Bachelor¹s degree, MBA a plus.  Must have foodservice<br />
<br />industry experience.  This can be in selling or distributing to foodservice,<br />
<br />or as a client within the industry.  Need strong knowledge of appropriate<br />
<br />segment. Ideal candidate will have both product marketing and sales<br />
<br />experience.  Direct interfacing experience with customer is critical.<br />
<br />Excellent strategic, analytic, organizational and project management skills<br />
<br />necessary.  Top-notch verbal and written communication skills. Strong<br />
<br />presentation skills.  Candidate should thrive in entrepreneurial environment<br />
<br />without a lot of oversight, have experience managing staff and leading<br />
<br />cross-functional teams.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:<br />
<br />- Manage assigned segment to support division sales and revenue goals.<br />
<br />- Develop and execute programs to drive brand, segment and customer growth.<br />
<br />- Connect with sales and key customers frequently to gather data, gauge<br />
<br />status, offer feedback and generate ideas for improvements.<br />
<br />- Involved with new product development and strategic initiatives.<br />
<br />- Represent division internally on companywide, cross-functional projects.<br />
<br />- Some travel as necessary.</p>

<br />Brand Manager‹Grocery.  Role is most senior and visible brand manager in<br />
<br />organization; a lot of interest, focus and attention on this area due to<br />
<br />strong category opportunity. Consumer division is not structured like a<br />
<br />classical brand management department.  Opportunity to make a big difference<br />
<br />in a smaller department and touch all pieces of the brand, not just one<br />
<br />area.  High potential for growth for candidates who want the general<br />
<br />management track.</p>
<p>Full-time.  Can commute via Metra; shuttle from station. Reports to Director<br />
<br />of Brand Marketing.</p>
<p>Qualifications:<br />
<br />5-7+ years¹ experience, with minimum of 5 years as Assistant or Associate<br />
<br />Brand Manager in customer-focused role.  Bachelor¹s degree required, MBA<br />
<br />preferred.  CPG and grocery/drug/mass experience are must-haves.</p>
<p>Demonstrated experience building and executing successful marketing plans.<br />
<br />Excellent strategic, analytic, organizational and project management skills<br />
<br />necessary. Top-notch verbal and written communication skills. Strong<br />
<br />presentation skills.  Must have demonstrated experience presenting new<br />
<br />products/programs to customers, be comfortable presenting to senior<br />
<br />management.  Handle multiple concurrent projects, function well in<br />
<br />entrepreneurial environment without a lot of oversight.  Be ready to jump in<br />
<br />and help out on a colleague¹s project when needed.  Successful candidate<br />
<br />will be able to identify trends and suggest ways to grow business.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:<br />
<br />- Oversee two product lines.  Manage product portfolio, including SKUs,<br />
<br />inventory management, new products and enhancements, and quality control.<br />
<br />- Lead projects from inception to completion, including new product<br />
<br />development. Projects may be marketing initiated, or consumer-, trade- or<br />
<br />manufacturing-driven.<br />
<br />- Recommend business strategy, forecasting and planning.  Use sales and<br />
<br />other data to support business decisions. Analyze data and report on health<br />
<br />of brand to senior management.<br />
<br />- With research department, maintain knowledge of competitors¹ business and<br />
<br />products. Develop strong relationships with sales team to better understand<br />
<br />customers and markets.<br />
<br />- Create national advertising strategy, plan and execute. Assist with<br />
<br />internet marketing initiatives.<br />
<br />- Manage ad and promo agencies.  Work with internal designers and external<br />
<br />vendors to create sales and marketing collateral, including sell sheets,<br />
<br />direct mail, brochures, etc.<br />
<br />- Lead cross-functional teams.<br />
<br />- Some travel to key customers and markets as needed.</p>

<p>5+ years of HR Managment experience, preferably with sales exposure, who has strong coaching, counseling skills and who is able to think in a strategic manner.</p>
<p>The National Sales HR Manager will work as a business partner to our three Sales Vice Presidents, and 8 regional sales managers to support a  230 field sales teams. This position will be responsible for managing, implementing and administering all aspects of HR including employee relations, retention, performance consulting, compensation and change management initiatives that support the business in achieving its goals. In addition, this position will counsel and coach managers on best practices, policies, regulations and other HR issues. </p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have a bachelor&#8217;s degree with 8 &#8211; 10 years of relevant Human Resources experience preferably in a corporate or sales environment. A Master&#8217;s degree is preferred. </p>
