<p>Job Summary:<br />
<br />The Orientation Programs Associate is responsible for the day to day overall management and coordination of all Orientation programs.  These responsibilities include materials creation and delivery, all logistics, instructor support, new employee liaison and communications.  This is an intense role with a high degree of detail and communication required.   </p>
<p>Job Details:<br />
<br />•	Rigorous administrative role supporting the delivery of 6 different orientation programs<br />
<br />•	Responsible for all logistics of all orientation programs<br />
<br />•	Maintain and update all orientation communications and materials and presentations<br />
<br />•	Schedule coordination for all presenters/instructors – internal and external<br />
<br />•	Partner with L&amp;OD department assistant to ensure smooth execution of catering, room set up and break down for each orientation session<br />
<br />•	Prepare Quarterly Evaluation Reports/Summaries for all orientation programs<br />
<br />•	Participation in Industry Networking Circles to learn best practices and make recommendations for program enhancements<br />
<br />•	Quarterly Evaluation Reporting for all Orientation programs<br />
<br />•	Support and partner with L&amp;OD peers and assume additional project work when necessary</p>
<p>Candidate Requirements:<br />
<br />•	Bachelor&#8217;s degree in liberal arts<br />
<br />•	2+ years in learning and organization development<br />
<br />•	Self-starter<br />
<br />•	Detail-oriented<br />
<br />•	Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word<br />
<br />•	Excellent people skills and relationship building<br />
<br />•	Knowledge of professional services environment and ability to work consultatively with all clients – internal and external<br />
<br />•	Experience managing and synthesizing large amounts of evaluation data into useable information<br />
<br />•	Experience working in diverse teams with diverse levels of management<br />
<br />•	Strong client service focus<br />
<br />•	Strong conflict resolution skills<br />
<br />•	Creativity and flexibility to adapt to dynamic nature of orientation<br />
<br />•	Initiative, self-starter and proactive<br />
<br />•	Solutions based approach to all challenges<br />
<br />•	Strong communication skills<br />
<br />•	Must be willing to travel and spend up to 5 days away from home in support of new analyst orientation (9-10 times per year).<br />

<p>5+ years of HR Managment experience, preferably with sales exposure, who has strong coaching, counseling skills and who is able to think in a strategic manner.</p>
<p>The National Sales HR Manager will work as a business partner to our three Sales Vice Presidents, and 8 regional sales managers to support a  230 field sales teams. This position will be responsible for managing, implementing and administering all aspects of HR including employee relations, retention, performance consulting, compensation and change management initiatives that support the business in achieving its goals. In addition, this position will counsel and coach managers on best practices, policies, regulations and other HR issues. </p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have a bachelor&#8217;s degree with 8 &#8211; 10 years of relevant Human Resources experience preferably in a corporate or sales environment. A Master&#8217;s degree is preferred. </p>

<p>Morton&#8217;s The Steakhouse, America&#8217;s finest steakhouse, is conducting a search for a Director of Training in our Restaurant Support Center Office located in Downtown Chicago.</p>
<p>The Director of Training has the responsibility for collaboratively working with all members of the organization to develop, implement, facilitate and evaluate company-wide learning opportunities.  Maintaining daily operations and outcomes of the Training Department, the Director of Training will drive the strategic direction in the creation and implementation of training and development initiatives in alignment with the Mission and Core Values of Morton&#8217;s The Steakhouse.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs:<br />
<br />* Partner with Operations management to define desired training results<br />
<br />* Provide curriculum design and development to all levels of the company; increase the quality, effectiveness and consistency of all aspects of training<br />
<br />* Plan, direct, manage and implement training programs and schedules to ensure the continuous education and development of restaurant employees and managers; implement effective methods to recognize performance<br />
<br />* Create and manage e-learning training strategies and on-line learning systems, including social media training<br />
<br />* Responsible for company development activities, such as team building and in-house learning seminars; maintain morale throughout the Training Department<br />
<br />* Facilitate creation of new employee orientation program for restaurant employees, restaurant management and Restaurant Support Center employees that best communicates the Be More. Be Morton&#8217;s. brand<br />
<br />* Supervise the Morton&#8217;s University training program<br />
<br />* Assist Regional Directors, Training General Managers and Restaurant Support Center management to solve specific training problems<br />
<br />* Ensure training materials are up to date based on business needs and compliance requirements<br />
<br />* Monitor and control expenses to ensure programs stay within budget<br />
<br />* Measure effectiveness of training programs and validate ROI<br />
<br />* Manage internal and external business relationships<br />
<br />* Manages the delivery of training and development programs: spearheads the roll out of training initiatives across assigned restaurant employee and management populations<br />
<br />* Ensures that the integrity of the training programs is maintained throughout the company in order to protect the Morton&#8217;s The Steakhouse Brand<br />
<br />* Exemplify the Morton&#8217;s culture and philosophies of the company<br />
<br />* Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the Human Resources department</p>
<p>Job Requirements:<br />
<br />* Proven ability to lead by example; coach and motivate others to achieve department and corporate goals<br />
<br />* Excellent organization and prioritization skills; strong attention to detail<br />

<p>Education/Training/Experience<br />
<br />* Minimum 7 years of progressive training experience, preferably with a hospitality related organization<br />
<br />* Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate or business setting, preferably in Human Resources<br />
<br />* Previous experience in managing a training and development organization<br />
<br />* Proficiency with various media tools including e-learning tools<br />
<br />* Experience with department budget planning management and reconciliations</p>
<p>Physical Requirements<br />
<br />While performing the duties of the position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.  The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds.</p>
<p>The travel required for this position is 20 to 25%</p>
