National Human Resources Sales Manager
Job Description:
5+ years of HR Managment experience, preferably with sales exposure, who has strong coaching, counseling skills and who is able to think in a strategic manner.
The National Sales HR Manager will work as a business partner to our three Sales Vice Presidents, and 8 regional sales managers to support a 230 field sales teams. This position will be responsible for managing, implementing and administering all aspects of HR including employee relations, retention, performance consulting, compensation and change management initiatives that support the business in achieving its goals. In addition, this position will counsel and coach managers on best practices, policies, regulations and other HR issues.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with 8 – 10 years of relevant Human Resources experience preferably in a corporate or sales environment. A Master’s degree is preferred.
