Salesforce.com Apex Developer:

Well established, profitable and growing organization based near Chicago within DuPage County is looking for an experienced Salesforce Apex Developer to analyze business requirements and develop system specifications based on business objectives and users needs. Position reports directly to the Director of Enterprise Architecture and Applications.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

» Develop and maintain enterprise application interfaces using Salesforce.com technologies

» Assist in the configuration of servers and server-based middleware supporting application development efforts

» Deploying the enterprise application interface modules into a highly managed production environment following all change management policies

» Responsible for end-to-end delivery by working with the technology counterparts for technical architecture and business owners for understanding vision, scope and business objectives

» Responsible for system quality assurance

» Works on production problems involving the evaluation of specifications for complex technical requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

» Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com APEX

» Certified Salesforce.com Consultant or equivalent experience

» Web Services development experience

» Strong experience working with UML and Use Cases

» Must be extremely independent and able to self manage projects from requirements gathering through development and support

» Experience working with formal SDLC and AGILE development methodologies

» Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and clearly communicate and resolve architecture issues to both technical and business users

» Strong written and oral communication skills

» Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems

» Experience creating and maintaining project schedules using MS Project
