KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
» Developing online communities including customers and consumers to develop richer feedback on products/services
» Build community presence across multiple user segments and media forums
» Develop strategy to target and implement, and develop online communities to full business needs
» Engage with consumer/technology enthusiasts to drive product innovations and new product ideas
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
» Bachelors of Science degree (Business, Computer Science etc.)
» Proven experience building online communities with measureable results
» Excellent skills in social media and working with online communities
» Ability to communicate effectively with c-level executives
» Extensive experience launching successful products as measured by market impact metrics; ideally in the area of visuals
» Proven ability to communicate product requirements to development groups to fulfill market needs
» Exceptional leadership and cross-business unit collaboration skills
» Results driven – strong written and oral communication skills
» Enthusiasm for community and conviction for execution
» Ability to prioritize and manage across multiple areas of responsibilities
» Experience communicating analysis and recommendations to senior management
» Ability to communicate effectively with consumers both domestically and internationally
