Job Description:

Marketing Campaign Management: CRM Business Solutions Unica Affinium

This position is part of a group working on high priority, next generation capabilities and marketing campaigns. This position involves working with Account Managers to understand the marketing strategy and the resulting campaign program requirements along with taking the goals and requirements from the various business groups and building marketing campaigns.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

» Utilize Unica’s Affinium Campaign to identify guests for suppression and inclusion from direct marketing campaigns or other specific campaigns to meet the company’s ongoing and changing marketing needs.

» The Analyst will also work on other Affinium Campaign tasks which may include automated trigger campaign maintenance, test / control methodology, and defining and building simple to moderately complex queries.

» This role is ideal for candidates interested in direct marketing, database marketing, or analytic marketing.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

» Direct knowledge of marketing programs and marketing campaigns

» Previous experience with Unica Affinium Campaign or other similar Campaign Management Software is preferred

» Basic knowledge of data structures and relational databases

» Able to effectively communicate with the Account Managers to understand their requirements

» Ability to adapt to a very fluid marketing environment, accept challenges and work proactively on marketing initiatives

» Three to five years of marketing or financial analysis experience with strong analytical skills

» Experience writing and/or understanding SQL statements

» Previous Campaign design and execution with a campaign management solution application such as Unica is preferable

» Experience with Campaign Management Software, Unica Preferred, Email marketing experience is preferred

» MS Office, to include Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint with strong Access and Excel experience is preferred

» Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Marketing
